“So our fun run is simple, for every employee who crosses the finish line, we donate a certain amount to charity depending on the time they ran… that’s all dandy, but I don’t get this whole concept of suffering for charity.
I mean, why can’t our company just allocate some money to a charity. But no, we have to run… Is it about showing that we are able to suffer too? Or is it our own way of dealing with the guilt we feel about being better off?
